Quite a disappointing experience due to the following reasons! a) The entire order not being delivered due to just 01 item out of 04 being not available. b) Unreasonably long time taken to deliver the order. c) No reasonable information being supplied about the order's delays in time. d) Poor coordination between informed timings and actual delivery. e) No proper information about the missing item after delivery of the incomplete order.

I was very disappointed in the time that it took from ordering the goods to receiving them. I phoned them up after three weeks to find out where they were and was told that one of the items was taking a long time to source which made the delivery of the other items very slow in arriving. It would’ve been good to receive this information.

Missleading prices
when ordering the prices sometimes differ from the brochure which is not very good to the customer who could have gotten the same product from somewhere else cheaper in future i will be cautious in buying from here has i think they should honor the set price in the brochure i had 3 brochure with 3 different promo codes 2 gave the discount and the one in the middle did not so to tell me its a printing error was wrong in my eyes
