easy gates realy do care for over 20years thy have suplied and helped all my gate needs my latest lynn purchase was out side its 2 year waranty by a year they
sugested i return the faulty motor to them for them to check quickly came back motor was us as a goodwill jester gave me a very special price and new motor arived 2days later many thanks to the easy gates

Poor Business Practice.
The item I bought, HEN0150 Canopy Door Roller Spindles. The slots in the spindles were not machined correctly and the circlips would not fit.
I returned item for which I was refunded but postage was not refunded even though the item was not fit for purpose.

Faulty equipment
Bad customer service rude and unhelpful , both to myself and my electrian .
Sorted in the end but I had to get management involved then I had to chase to get a new part that they cocked up with there fulfilment company . It cost me another days money for the Electrian . Won’t use them again considering I’ve spent probably around £700 in the last year with them
