Easy to use
Easy to use and not too much going on. I just wanted help planning meals for week and it does that pretty well.
I downloaded the app for easy everyday…
I downloaded the app for easy everyday receipts as presented in the ad, but found complicated ones
At least i was able to cancel my subscrition. Check in settings
Practically impossible to unsubscribe
Practically impossible to unsubscribe, misleading application features, additional subscription fee for certain recipes. Shame on the app creators and Apple for endorsing it.
Worst customer support ever
Worst customer support ever. There is not even single human on there support team. I got same reply over and over more than 10 times. Freaking hate them. Not recommended at all. If I can give negative stars or review. I will give the worst.
I am so disappointed with this app!!
I am so disappointed with this app!!! Constantly buffering, doesn’t get the calories right half the time AND I messaged support twice and they still haven’t replied back to me!
I looked to have a week subscription…
I looked to have a week subscription but this "Eatr" company charged me at first £6.99 plus £49.99 at the very same time on that evening. I had to get in contact with my bank to ask for immediate assistance in which over the space of 12 hours, my bank sent me 2 refunds to do with this company since this "eatr" company charged me again after the bank gave me a refund.
I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company, infact I would say stay well clear of this company....
Very dodgy...
SCAM
My experience has been terrible. The cancellation process doesn't work because there are no buttons to complete it, so I can't cancel my subscription. I've emailed support several times and received no response. To make matters worse, I keep getting notifications that there are attempts to take money from my account. I do not recommend this app in any way SCAM
Pretty useful
Pretty useful tbh. Some meals are not really my style, but I can swap them and still keep the plan going
Finally not wasting groceries
Before this I would buy random vegetables and forget about them. The shopping list helps me buy only what I beed for the meals I chose.
Helped me stay consistent
I'm not following the plan perfectly but having meals picked out for the week makes a big difference. I cook at home more often now.
This app is a scam, do not use
This app is a scam, do not use.
The subscription process is designed to trick users into a free trial followed by unauthorised rolling subscriptions which can then not be cancelled. The app developer advises to cancel the subscription via your Apple account, but it does not exist as a subscription, it's a payment taken from your bank account. Instead, two duplicate payments with slightly different payment references were taken from my account. There are no contact details available for the app developer other than a gmail account which does not respond.
It's shocking how easy it is for app developers on the App Store to defraud people out of money.
Saves time every week
Saves time every week. I pick a few meals, check the ingredients and go shopping without overthinking it.

Same here I did the trial and they charged me 58.26 without my authorization and now I have to wait for them to respond to emails. Something needs to be done so that people don't get ripped off.
Nice app for busy people
The recipes are realistic for weekdays. Nothing too fancy, which is good for me. I'd like more 15-minute options, but overall it's useful.
Do not attempt any free week or…
Do not attempt any free week or absolutely anything. They will keep charging your card without any subscriptions. My bank is trying to get me a refund. This app is fraudulent. Be aware!
I signed up for a starter pack at…
I signed up for a starter pack at £4.99, however when I logged into my bank account there was another £49.99 pending and looking at the reviews I think I’m waving goodbye to this,I have E-mailed the site requesting a refund
I signed up for the €4.99 trial
I signed up for the €4.99 trial, but less than one week later I was unexpectedly charged €39.99 for an annual subscription that I never intended to purchase.
The subscription process is very misleading, and I am finding it extremely difficult, almost imposible, to cancel. The only way I could find to contact the company was by email, which makes the whole process frustrating and stressful. In my opinion, this feels like a scam. Please read the subscription terms very carefully before starting the trial. I hope I receive my refund.
I would not recommend this app at all.
I would not recommend this app. AT ALL.
I purchased the 7-day trial, but was later charged USD 39.99. I contacted support within about 30 minutes of the charge, requesting a refund.
Instead of investigating my case, I received a generic response stating that Apple handled the payment and that only Apple could issue a refund. However, I have no active Eatr subscription in my Apple ID, no USD 39.99 purchase in my Apple purchase history, and no Apple receipt for this charge.
After following up, I still have not received a meaningful response.
Before downloading this app, read the recent reviews carefully. My experience was very similar to many other users who reported unexpected subscription charges and difficulty getting support.
Easy to use
Easy to use and pretty straightforward. I mainly use it to plan dinners and avoid buying random food I don't end up cooking.
Simple and kinda motivating
I'm not a big cooking person but this makes it easier. Simple and kinda motivating because I can see a plan instead of starting from zero every morning.
