I bought the large bamboo chopping board, arrived on time and excellent quality. I have used it as an additional work surface in our motorhome and it works really well.

I ordered a board personalised to arrive by Father’s Day. It’s been a week over its expected arrival. I had a response to my first email and every email there on has been ignored (5 now in total). Not sure what to do now as I’ve paid for my order and have tried to email and call.

They sent me an email asking me to take a min to review, so I am. I ordered 4 boards and a pair of the oven gloves. The gloves turned up, but no boards. I called the number on their website serveral times, which rings twice then cuts off, so I sent an email asking what was going on. I received a couple of emails from John saying he’d ‘investigate and make sure this would be resolved as quickly as possible’. Then nothing. I’ve chased twice for an update but no further communication and no boards.
I’d love to tell you what the boards are like, but all I can do at present is tell you the customer services is poor.

I purchased a couple of knife storage magnet strips from these Deer and Oak they looked and felt great straight out of the box.
Hanging them on the wall was easy and straight forward as they give you a handy stencil of where to drill, so they went up first time without any issues.
The magnet blocks themselves are very good quality too. The magnets are strong and keep my heavy cooks knives firmly in place, much better than others I've tried in the past. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered an xxxl chopping board and received it the next day!! I’m very pleased with the quality , it’s nice and chunky and I can use it daily for chopping etc but also doubles up as a grazing board. Excellent service.

We ordered two large boards on the 8th of February, which arrived in good time and look exactly like they do on their website - which is what we expected. We washed and dried them before use, as advised in the care instructions, then we realised we should have bought some food grade board oil. I shopped around, and Deer & Oak were the cheapest; so I placed my order - that also arrived very quickly. The next day, as a thank you from them for the chopping board order, I recieved an email; containing a 10% discount to buy their board oil... 🙈

I was looking for a good oil for wooden utensils and found Deer and Oak offering a Carbonised Bamboo chopping board as a replacement for plastic chopping boards. I had planned to do that this year so bought a board as well as the oil. Very impressed. Looks good, hard wearing and easy to keep clean. I've just oiled it for the first time and it came up super smart. Plus, you get a follow-up email from the company after you've bought the board with tips and advice. How often do you get that these days? Great service.

I ordered the 2 set bamboo chopping boards and a bottle of oil, the boards are high quality and beautifully crafted, both boards are a really generous size, easy to use and to clean. The oil is great, I have used it to treat my wooden worktops and slate kitchen window sill. Thank you also for my free gift. Delivery was very quick. Highly recommend this company.

I have used these 4 times now. Firstly the kitchen knife which i love. Its sharp,well balanced and well made. Then i had 2 pair of kitchen scissors which are great and lovely and sharp. Last week i treated myself to XL carbonised chopping board. Great size but not used yet. Then i bought their chopping board oil. Nice to support a family business

Black Friday discount, ordering simple & great quick delivery… I already have these chopping boards myself, but have bought some more as a gift, they are excellent quality, stay looking good if you look after them with the oil, they are a must item in my kitchen, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
