They sent me opened products
They sent me opened products, one didnt even have a cap on and 75% of it was missing, after weeks of talks and requesting all kinds of footage of a literal half empty bottle without a cap, they wanted a reship with not even noticing me, the delivery guy just called me one day and told me he was coming to my house ( i was literally at work ). End of the day, they didnt give me back anything, they just acted full of themselves until the end. Joke of a company, i ordered many times before but their true colors have been exposed for me.

I was mostly worried that they might be a scam for obvious reasons. But They are 100% legit, and their service is good. It’s a bit hard to get in contact with them at times, but their customer service is helpful and friendly.
They sent me my package with less items than I ordered and they reshipped the missing items quite quickly.
The products are also genuine and of good quality. I would recommend them.

It took a few days to have items…
It took a few days to have items shipped, but it was still sent in under a week so it's perfectly fine, and in 10 days I had the product at home. And I like that shipping cost is not too high.
About the items, nothing to say: they were just as expected.
About the customer support, i don't know, I didn't have to contact them, which is actually good.
The only thing I'd improve is that there are several of out-of-stock items.
