I've been using Happyskins.eu for years and from the seller before she set up this shop. Her prices and deliveries are excellent. Sle is trustworthy and responds to all queries quickly. I would highly recommend. I am based in Ireland.

Ordered tretinoin 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. No answer from customer service.
Ordered tretinoin 0.025%, (and other products), they shipped the wrong item, afterwards they didn't respond to my e-mails. They also operate under the website: skinessentials. ...and perhaps other websites.
I strongly advise against buying from Happy Skins Shop. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
My order was paid for on May 31, 2026, and despite the time that has passed, the products have still not been shipped. The store does not respond to emails, and customer support is practically non-existent. Once they receive your payment, their interest in the customer seems to disappear completely.
To make matters worse, the tracking number provided has never been updated, making it impossible to know what is happening with the order. No information, no responses, and no fulfillment of the order appear to be the standard level of service.
My experience with this store has been extremely negative. If you do not want to risk your money, time, and frustration, I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from Happy Skins Shop and carefully reading other customers' reviews beforehand.
I wasn't 100% sure about this new website and if I would receive my product. Now I give it a 5-star :) Everything went smoothly. I received my order (so happy!) promptly after receiving a confirmation email. I live in Belgium. 🙂
Ordered an item. It arrived without the box, but with a note stating “we removed the box because it’s bulky otherwise”. Even worse, the bottle of the item I ordered was half full.
Definitely not going to use them anymore
