Great pricing and cover and after 3 years of brilliant cover when no longer needed was so easy to cancel, took 2 minutes with their customer service team.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to understand and straightforward quote with all the details. It took me 4 minutes to fill out the online form. Very happy costumer. I highly recommended Superscript.

I went with this company last year as they were the most competitive.

Today I find they have renewed my policy with no prior notice whatsoever and have increased the premium by £40 for good measure!

I happened to spot the confirmation of renewal in my inbox and had no idea what it was for as no details were given.

I searched my entire inbox and spam and no notice of intended renewal was sent to me.

I have emailed them to immediately cancel the insurance and I will be going elsewhere. Not transparent at all.

To be completely clear, **nobody has contacted me** regarding this matter despite the response suggesting otherwise.

The issue is not that I have “impossible expectations” as a landlord. I provided a **time log showing regular monthly visits to the property**, yet apparently this was considered insufficient because the requirement was for weekly, time- and date-stamped check-ins

That is an extraordinary expectation to place on a landlord, particularly where the property was being visited and monitored regularly. If this is a requirement of the service, customers need to understand that before signing up.

More importantly, despite the public response here, I have still received no direct contact from the company whatsoever to discuss or resolve the matter. Yet they continue to take the money - despite having cancelled when the service was deemed as value-less.

My advice to other landlords considering this service is to read every term and condition extremely carefully before signing up. In my experience, the terms are of little practical value if the service provider does not communicate with you or properly address concerns when they arise.

I have provided the information requested and remain waiting for someone to actually contact me.

At the time of writing, no one has contacted me.

I took out a policy and had some questions before it started, Superscript called me and it was all well resolved. Nice to talk to a human being and not get sent around the houses on some bot or automated system. Good job !
