Brilliant news with brilliant service

I was very happy with the customer service from the gentleman that i met. He was on time, friendly and chatty making me feel very comfortable. I had previously been to Ramsden with over 70 grams and did not sell to them. Glad i didn't as i got £750 more from gold arthur, i did have to do a bit of negotiation but i never mind that and i was willing to walk away if i didn't get the price i wanted. I would recommend them but do your research on scrap gold price, be ready to negotiate and walk away if price not achieved. Remember that they operate on scrap price only if you have jewellery with resellable value and you are looking for extra for that then you need to go to a jewellery store

What an excellent business. Friendly, professional, careful to explain the process and very open about methods used. The Internet failed during my evaluation and made it impossible to complete, so the valuer (who couldn't apologise enough) took me for a little drive so we could find a signal. All was completed perfectly. He also did an evaluation of some rings that I wasn't yet ready to sell and gave me valuable advice on how to proceed with them. I would not hesitate to recommend Gold Arthur!

My appointment was better than I thought it was going to be. I had a comfortable seat in the van and Roman talked me through everything that he was doing. I had no obligation to sell my jewelry and I didn’t feel pressured to do so. I would certainly use again for my old jewelry

I met with Chino today at the Gold Arthur vehicle in Northwich and it went great. I was offered a fair price for the gold and silver I took with me and Chino himself was really personable and easy to get along with.

very helpful, however not happy with the negotiation side as leaves little to be desired. Having taking 3 items for valuation they offered 1200. When he asked if I was happy, I informed them that 1 item was worth at least 1300. I'm the end the price after 3 not acceptable the price increased to over 2400.00. Which was more realistic. Don't accept their 1st offer.

Shuayb was knowledgable and professional. He explained how he tested each piece of jewellery and the sale was executed perfectly. He followed up to confirm I had received the bank transaction and I can highly recommend both the company and most of all their employee. Location was Coop in Thornton Lancashire.

Saw Tasleema today at Lidl Droitwich Rd at lunchtime. Was really happy with the service we received. Was also surprised how they sorted the gold, tested all items as to 9/18/24 carot gold.
