Having visited Goudtoer in Oisterwijk was a very good experience.
I had my golfbaan of 23 karaat being checked and Rami Hami the expert gave me a nice and honest price for the bar. IF i wanted to sell my baar. No pressure but honest answers.
However I thought my bar had the weight of 28 gram he weighted it in his calibrated scale
I could advice anyone to visite goudtour if you want to have honest offers for your gold..

I made an appointment in Rotterdam and the guy helping was friendly. But he tried to tell me that my 18k gold chain was 16karat and I told him i bought it at a very reputable jewelry store. He then said ok that he will put it down as 18k. That was suspicious. He weighed the hanger and also a pair of 18k earrings. The earrings and the chain weighed around 20.3 grams (both 18k) and the hanger was 14k but i do not remember how much it weighed. But I did remember specifically how much I paid for everything 7years ago so I was happily waiting to see how much my gold is worth today. He punched on the calculator and showed me €1283. I was so shocked. It was not even what I had paid for the chain with hanger. It was less than all 3 items combined which i bought 7yrs ago! I said I do not agree and would not be selling. Then he decided to punch numbers into the calculator and showed me €1850. I was still shocked. I told him no. To think that he came up to almost €600 after the first offer. I still said no because that still did not cover what i paid for all 3 items 7 years ago. I said I would not be selling and that it was no use convincing me. He said ok and let me out of the van. That was the only positive thing I could say. I later walked down to two well known jewelry stores. The first store offered €2200 and the second offered €2250 which was a good and fair deal to be honest and both were in similar price ranges so I knew that they were not tricking me. Also 1 hour later the guy from Goud tour called my mobile. I did not answer because I knew that he knew he could not fool me and was trying to convince me again. It's unbelievable to think that Goudtour offered me almost €1000 less than what other jewelry stores offered. I also find it strange that in The Netherlands it takes them up to 5 working days to pay out after you sell your gold to them. I am sharing my experience because I want everyone to be aware and to sell your gold for a fair price at a reputable jewelry store and where you get paid right away. Goud tour is a no no.
