chatbot interface turns in circles, returns are not free and have to be sent to Poland from most EU countries - per chatbot. The website asks to send to the UK. Not sure which one is correct. In my case, the cost is 50% of a 2.5kg bag so basically you accidentially click on the wrong flavor and you are f...ed. Each and every of the 83 next times using this product I will think about the poor service :(

Everything was good except for the scoops. The supplement with daily dose of 2-3g had a tiny 700mg scoop inside. It would be great if you put scoops which can take 1 g so we can know what we take much easier.

Disgusting taste
Disgusting taste, used to buy their vegan-protein all the time before with brown rice and pea-proteins but then they changed up the recipe and started using soy in it, so I gave up for a while
But since I used to buy so much in huge bulks (no pun intended) I came back to try just their pea protein since they sell it separately now without rice protein, and it was just the worst vanilla-flavour ever.
Will never buy from this brand again.
