I wonder if Flowlife's customer service is one of the best ones I've ever experienced.
After a couple of contacts throughout some years, I appreciate a lot their readiness and smoothness. Most importantly, their customer focus and customer understanding really comes through. I feel repetitively that they meet me exactly where I am and about exactly what I need. Adding to that, the great products that Flowlife offers contribute greatly to a wonderful sense of well-being.

Returns are NOT free
Returns are NOT free, as stated on their website. They expect you to print a label (who has a printer in this day and age?), so I am going to have to pay £3 for a commercial printing store to print it. MISLEADING

We would like to clarify that returns are as claimed , free, as stated on our website. We do not charge any additional return handling fees.
Regarding the return label, we provide it digitally as part of our standard return process. While we understand that not everyone has access to a printer, this is unfortunately not something we can anticipate or cover. If you choose to print the label at a commercial printing service, that is a personal expense outside of our return procedure and is therefore not something we are able to reimburse.
For future reference, most parcel shops have printing facilities and can usually print the return label for you directly when you hand in your parcel, which may help you avoid paying for printing separately.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.
Red light panel and cold plunge
I have bought both their strongest red light panel, and now the flow plunge and chiller, and I am very happy with the products. Have gotten exceptional help when a unit needed replacement, and I will continue to enjoy products from Flowlife 😊

Very disappointing customer service and refund process
I returned my order (305963) quite some time ago, and Flowlife has confirmed that the return was received by their warehouse and is being processed. Despite this, I still have not received my refund to the original payment method.
I have had to contact customer service multiple times just to ask about the status, yet I still have no clear indication of when my money will be returned. This is frustrating and not what I would expect from a reputable company.
A return and refund process should be straightforward and timely. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Flowlife. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
