Unacceptable Service
Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. My parcel was supposed to arrive at the beginning of August, but it appears to have been delivered to a different address.
Yes, the tracking information shows the correct street, but the house number is completely different, and the delivery photo shows a different front door. My own front door is white, while the door shown in the delivery evidence is a different colour and clearly does not match my property.
I have provided photographs and all the evidence to show that the parcel was not delivered to my address. Despite this, customer service continues to say that the delivery is correct and is refusing to refund me.
Being on the same street does not mean the parcel was delivered to the correct address. The house number is different, and the door shown in the delivery photo is not my door.
I have spent far too long trying to resolve this and feel completely ignored despite providing clear evidence. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
I expect a proper investigation and a full refund for an item that I did not receive.

I would give 0 stars if I had an option, as when I called to resolve an issue for delivery failure and send it back to packet shop, the person on the phone didn't even consider seeing the address of packet shop instead asking me the exact address, I mean in this internet age how difficult is it to find packet shop address for the customer, Iwander. And then he blocked my no as well as I tried calling again , it would just disconnect.
