took money for an item that was claimed…

took money for an item that was claimed "in stock" - then full two weeks not a peep, the web site claiming "delivery is being prepared". 'was able to reach the customer service quickly - which responded now "no fixed date", I asked for immediate cancellation & refund. We'll see how quick that will happen; if not - another '1-star" review is waiting ;-(

As a result, we did not receive the notification that the product was unavailable, and your order was regrettably overlooked, which is why you did not receive any update during those two weeks.

We can see that your refund has now been processed. We understand how frustrating this situation was, and we're truly sorry for the inconvenience it caused. We hope you were able to find a suitable computer elsewhere.
