Bloomex flowers
2 daisies and some green leaves
No vase, no wrapper, for $100
I was so embarrassed !!
I could have done 5 times better at Coles.
Never again!!!
Biggest crooks don’t use them.
I would give no stars if I could. These people are crooks—do not use them.
The seller had the audacity to argue when I called to check whether the flowers had been delivered. Unlike most other companies, they did not provide tracking details or allow me to monitor the delivery via GPS. They claimed that the delivery was scheduled for 02/09/26, despite charging for same-day delivery on 31/08/26.
I called at around 2:00 p.m. on 31/08/26 to confirm the delivery. They said it was a little late in the day, so I explained that delivery on 01/09/26 would still be acceptable. Therefore, the delivery was scheduled for 01/09/26. However, it was now 7:10 p.m. on 01/09/26, and the flowers still had not been delivered.
This was a sympathy bouquet, where timing is particularly important. Having it arrive a day late completely defeats the purpose of the gesture and is extremely disappointing.
Customer Service? Not at Bloomex.
Ordered some flowers for my mum for mothers day, but they never arrived. I reached out to the customer service team immediately to request a refund, and was advised that the "delivery was successful" 3 times before they accepted that it wasn't. I have had to routinely follow up to get any sort of reply, and majority of the time was met with a very generic, seemingly AI generated response.
After quite a few follow ups, I was offered a full refund, although when I accepted this, I immediately received a response advising to disregard the previous message and that a refund was not permitted.
I then have had to follow up regularly over the last 4 months and finally received an offer of a 35% refund. The "Customer Care Team" explained that this was the best they could do because it was a "courier error".
I accepted because it is just absolutely ridiculous at this point and I'm clearly not going to get anything further back.
However, even after accepting the refund, I got a nonsensical response of "We’re sorry, but we’re unable to submit the agreed 35% refund through this response. Your acceptance of the [amount] partial refund has been recorded, but we cannot confirm that it has been processed or placed pending at this time.". I don't even know what this means.
At this point, it is now months since the failed delivery and if I was not continuously following up, I am certain I would have gotten any reply.
Overall, VERY poor experience and their customer service team is useless. Do better.
Should be shut down.
This company is most scummiest company I've ever come across. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of these white flowers, and then they called me the next day saying it won't be delivered until MONDAY when I requested a Saturday delivery. Why have weekend options when you can't do them? Instead, I got half-dead flowers that looked NOTHING like the bouquet I ordered. Don't ever order from them, they are absolute scammers and when I requested a refund they sent me only $5!! I'm going to talk to ACCC because this is just unacceptable and disgusting. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
A Disappointment!
We received a wilted, damaged, poor quality and poor arrangement of flowers yesterday 31st August 2026. These were sent from England and it was for our 60th Wedding Anniversary!! The only good thing was the packaging! They should be shut down. They miust have cost a fortune. Shame on you.
Paid $25 for next day delivery, didn't get till 3 days after that
Paid $25 for next day delivery. Then, on the day of delivery, I was called and told that they will not be delivering that day (Saturday) and instead my flowers will be delivered on a Tuesday!!! It was very important for the flowers to be delivered on the Saturday so delivering it on Tuesday completely ruined the gesture.
I was promised a refund of the $25 fee I paid for next day delivery. This did not happen.
I was promised a free upgrade of the bouqet from 12 stems to 15 stems. This did not happen.
I tried to call customer service and had quite possibly the worst phone experience of my life. I could not understand a single word that was being said. The operator refused to speak at certain parts of the call and kept mumbling jibberish. He made me repeat my order number three times and by the end of the call just refused to speak to me after I asked politely to be transferred to someone else.
This company is a complete joke.
No Stars Disgraceful
⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgraceful
Terrible experience with Bloomex. The original flowers arrived at 8pm, when the day was basically over, and looked nothing like the beautiful purple, pink and mauve arrangement I paid for.
After complaining, I was promised a replacement — that never arrived. Now, after all of this, Bloomex thinks a store credit is an acceptable resolution.
Why would I want credit to order from a company that has already let me down twice?
Late delivery. Wrong flowers. Replacement never arrived. No refund.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I will never use Bloomex again.
I would give them a 0 if I could.
I would give them a 0 if I could.
Here is the last email I received from them.
I am trying to get a refund.
"We’re sorry that the important Friday delivery was not fulfilled. The assigned delivery partner declined the order, after which it was placed on hold with no warehouse currently assigned. We have no confirmation that it was sent or delivered.

Ordered flowers and hamper super size…
Ordered flowers and hamper super size for my friends birthday even paid express delivery for it to be delivered next day didn’t arrive. My friend was going away following week so as they didn’t deliver I asked to move to the following Friday which they agreed. It was delivered but looked nothing what I ordered
Woeful. Do not use Bloomex
Flowers ordered for my sister's birthday. I selected the 'Deluxe' arrangement of pink and white flowers (of the same type). What they delivered was a pathetic and small and poorly arranged collection of muti-coloured flowers with a whole lot of ugly green leaves and some baby's breath, nothing at all like the image online. It looked like something you'd pick up from Woolies that were almost past their use-by date. I really regret using this lot, especially as I've now seen all these overwhelmingly negative reviews. My complaint (which I sent the exact day they were delivered) resulted in a pathetic offer of "$30 off my next order". As if I would ever order anything from them again!
Scammers who need to shut down
My partner was sent the worst, smallest bunch of flowers after I selected a grand looking arrangement on the website. I was told that to receive a refund I would need to post the arrangement back for 'assessment', leaving my partner with no flowers on her bday. I'm certain this requirement is simply to discourage people from following through, as they would be posted by regular Auspost parcel post and no doubt arrive back to Bloomex completely destroyed either way.
I'll be lodging an official complaint with NSW Fair Trading as soon as this review has been submitted, and I recommend everyone else do the same. These scammers need to be SHUT DOWN.
I wish I could give zero stars.
I wish I could give zero stars.
I ordered flowers for a specific delivery date for someone going through a very difficult personal situation. Bloomex accepted the address, the delivery date and my payment. The flowers did not arrive.
When I contacted them, I was initially told there was a supplier problem. I was later told the address was outside their local delivery zone. Bloomex has since acknowledged IN WRITING both that they failed to deliver on the nominated date and that they gave me conflicting explanations.
Despite this, they have refused a full refund and instead dispatched the flowers for delivery several days late. I was offered a $30 store credit and later a refund of the delivery fee.
I have now exhausted their complaints process and am taking the matter to Consumer Affairs.
For a time-sensitive flower delivery, this has been an appalling experience. Based on my experience, I would not use Bloomex again and cannot recommend them.
Gourmet basket worth $90…
I received a Gourmet basket worth $90 today as a gift from a friend. 2 boxes of Arnotts shapes, 1 box of Ritz crackers, 1 box of Sakata rice crackers, 1 pack of Oreo biscuits and 1 Donut shop style coffee bag 1 get well soon balloon and a card. Total price from Coles $21.16 plus $5 balloon. This is not the first time this company has ripped us off. I am disgusted.
WRONG FLOWERS, WRONG DATE OF DELIVERY, WRONG TIME OF DELIVERY AND FLOWERS DELIVERED IN A VERY POOR CONDITION
On I ordered a super size bunch of coloured gerberas with a vase for a sick friend. I requested delivery on a Friday morning when she would be home from hospital. Within a few minutes I had a telephone call from New Zealand advising me they did not deliver on Fridays. (Why was I able to select that before paying?). I tried to be accommodating and said they could deliver the next Monday but it had to be early. This was agreed to. Next I had a text saying Australia Post would be delivering. I knew then that flowers delivered in the mail were not going to be good! The flowers did not come until the early evening on the Monday. What was delivered in no way matched what I ordered. I got a small bunch of very jaded roses and with it a little pack of biscuits. My friend is diabetic. So it would seem I sent her a few very poor roses and biscuits she couldn't eat on the three days after she was supposed to get them. These poor roses cost $120. (I got $15 of for first time buyer). I was accutely embarrassed by this and rang Bloomex. Initially I was offered a $30 credit, then they raised it the whole amount. Next day they changed their mind and offered a $30 credit. (What would they send for this, a small bunch of weeds). I asked them to deliver what I originally ordered but they said they couldn't do that. I wrote them a letter which they didn't bother to answer.
My advice ... DO NOT consider ordering from this company unless you don't care, what day you want delivery, what time you want delivery, what size bunch of flowers you want, what type of flowers you want and you don't wish to be embarrased with cheap biscuits. STAY AWAY FROM BLOOMEX
This place is a scam
This place is a scam. Took my money, provided me with a confirmation number but no booking number. Never delivered the flowers and won't refund me after me chasing them for 14 days saying I don't have a booking number. Avoid at all costs.
Will never order from these scammers…
Will never order from these scammers again. They delivered a day late in the late afternoon. What arrived was disgusting. I ordered long stem red roses and what turned up was a disgrace a few multi coloured roses with a lot of greenery to bulk it out. $112 absolutely wasted. Don’t know how they are still operating
Cold-calling!? No thanks!
I had items in my cart. Saw exorbitant delivery fee so I left the site. An hour later, I’m getting cold-called & texted by this company, trying to manipulate me into buying and offering discounts to do so. EW! Never did I agree to be cold-called, piss right off.
Flowers arrived dead and were not what…
Flowers arrived dead and were not what I ordered. Same day shipping was available but did not happen. No delivery tracking was sent.
Requested a refund, told they can offer a store credit not refund.
Then told my concerns were escalated to management but told I couldn’t contact management.
Absolute scam quality and misleading…
Absolute scam quality and misleading advertising. They display gorgeous arrangements online, but what actually arrives is a joke. After a ruined Valentine's Day order, I used their $20 store credit for a second try, hoping for an improvement. Instead, I got wilted, dying flowers that looked nothing like the listing. They use fake photos to trap you into spending money and then offer useless store credit when you complain. Stay far away!
What a disgrace
What a disgrace. Tried to cancel order within an hour of ordering. Got No Answer. Sent several cancellation emails No Response. Flowers turned up 3 Days late and in a crappy box instead of an anniversary bouquet like I ordered. You should be ashamed of your poor service. Now waiting for the bank to sort out a refund.
