Purchased the Elite 200V2 during 4th of July sale. Amazing customer service and excellent product. EV rated battery makes this stand out above the rest. Great size and easily portable. App is fairly easy to setup and use. I will be purchasing a second unit for extra backup capability and piece of mind.

I had a disappointing experience with BLUETTI's affiliate program. After investing significant time and advertising budget to promote their products, a large portion of my commissions was marked as invalid without a clear and detailed explanation. I contacted the affiliate support team multiple times, but the response was very slow and the issue has still not been resolved. I expected better transparency and communication from a well-known company. I hope BLUETTI improves its affiliate support and provides clearer explanations for commission decisions.
I’ve received most of my order
I’ve received most of my order, But I’m still waiting on the solar panels to arrive, I’ll update as soon as my order is complete, Bluetti makes a great product and I’m excited to finally be part of the family. Great times ahead.
Great product! You wont be disappointed!!!
This fridge powered was super easy to get going. It is not noisy and we love it. Plan on getting more for our other fridge and freezers.
Not prime time!…
The customer support staff helped nicely to complete my order and answered a couple of questions but they couldn’t help me with my purchase? I called back and the 2nd agent said the same thing? That would cost my company business and I am sure it is you as well! Great product other than the PV 350 panels leave a lot to be desired! Who designed their panels?
Elite 300 for off grid cabin…
Was purchased to run an off grid point well, lights and camp. It's exactly what I needed for that and to run power tools without having to lug around a generator!! Also the Elite 300 came with the Elite 10 for recharging phone, batteries..etc
The product lineup can be overwhelming
The product lineup can be overwhelming. it would be helpful if they grouped companion products together by a primary use. i almost gave up making a decision. in the end we relied on some camping Youtube videos that had a setup like we wanted, and we ordered the items they featured. we wanted to boondock comfortably and learn about the battery systems for potential use in a rural home we are renovating. we have seen some people overbuy solar panels and appreciated an honest assessment from a reviewer of how to get started without breaking the bank and how the system can be easily expanded. we purchased the Apex300 with a 300k battery, along with a 350k solar panel. the package included a free small power bank, handy but a bigger discount option would have been nice too. Bluetti should be proactive and have their own videos on getting started for campers or weekend off grid living. we basically relied on a stranger to show us that we could start with apex and battery, charge it with either our small generator, existing solar on our camper, or using a charger/ alternator that connects to the vehicle. the rest of my questions went to AI, telling me how we could use this setup as backup power in our home, and how we can grow the system to fit our fifth wheel depending on our specific needs. it also gave me info on how we can scale this system up for our renovated home and not rely on the grid for all of our power. now I'm watching for a good sale on the new fridge backup battery to protect our freezer and fridge. shipping got a little stressful, with some of my items arriving along with an "order complete" email. a few messages later i had another tracking number and my last 2 items arrived days later. so be aware, ordered items can be shipping from multiple locations, will not necessarily arrive together, and you may or may not have full shipping info and all tracking numbers in your first emails. communication on these facts could be a little clearer, but customer service was responsive through the whole process. packaging of the individual items was excellent.

For the Australian market this product replace the XT60 connector with an Anderson connector AND redesigned carry handles that can become tie down points. Otherwise the Elite100 V2 functions as advertised.
Apex 300 worked only 15 minutes.
We ordered an Apex 300 and after finally getting it, we charged it. It got up to 99% and shut itself off. It never turned on again. We used it for 15 minutes while it was charging. Went through all the "troubleshooting" instructions numerous times and nothing worked. Sent it back to them and we are now patiently waiting for a replacement unit. Not expecting much because now customer won't respond to let us know when a new unit will be shipped to us. Worst purchase ever.
Our first purchase in this category was…
Our first purchase in this category was from a company that starts with a J. While it worked ok, it was missing a few features (mostly pass through charging). Also it was more expensive than Bluetti.
At this point we’ve purchased one unit from that company however this is our second Bluetti product and plan to continue using and buying Bluetti. It’s superior in several ways. Better power management, great build quality, handles that aren’t in the way and pass through charging. We often use our Bluetti to run the small fridge in our Jeep and pass through charging allows us to plug Bluetti into the Jeep and the fridge into Bluetti rather than plugging both into the Jeep. When we arrive at our destination we don’t have to remember to switch the plug situation.
I do wish Bluetti made carry bags for more sizes because the aftermarket options aren’t very good. Maybe team up with a good bag manufacturer.

The fan on my elite 400 was running more often than it should and they replaced my unit at no charge. I had to do a decent amount of troubleshooting but when there wasn’t a solution they were on it! I’ve only been without power for 5 days! Incredible customer service!!
I was able to compare on Amazon
I was able to compare on Amazon. I never pay full retail price for anything so I had to wait for an acceptable price on this product. I eventually bought it directly from Bluetti which is the method recommended by reviewers.
I looked at 5 different systems and glad I went with Bluetti. looked at many different products and…
I looked at many different products and found a lot of RVers and off grid posts on YouTube and videos on same a lot of people were using Bluetti systems so when on sale bit the bullet and purchased elite 300 with 350 panels and put it to work. The system has not let me down it powers my 23 foot trailer all night long using TV. labtop. Xbox. Lighting. Always a charge next day and hookup panels and charges for next night. I let it go without charging and it lasted 3 days without any further charge. It recharged the next day in 7 hours to 100%. I love not having to rely on any hook ups except of course water. System earns an A+++.
Jury is still out
Jury is still out, due to my Bluetti shutting down due to shutting down after 36 hours of use just after plugging it in the first time as a UPS with a power overload with no circuit breaker trip. Shut down for 24 hours and still shows same error when I turn on and shuts down after 5 seconds. Having to send it back for repairs or replacement. We'll see how this part of the experience progresses.
Total Game Changer for Home Energy!
I’ve been using the Bluetti Apex 300 to manage the energy in my house, and I absolutely love it. Between the 3,840W continuous output and the dual setup, it easily handles our power needs without breaking a sweat. It's been incredible for peak-load shifting to save on the electric bill, and it gives me massive peace of mind knowing my wife and three boys won't be left in the dark when the weather gets rough. The app makes monitoring all the circuits super simple, and the modular design means I can always expand it later. If you want a serious, reliable battery backup to take control of your home's energy, this thing is an absolute beast. Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!
Bluetti Fridge Power…defective out of box
I received the Bluetti Fridge Power battery backup unit on June 16, 2026, and it was defective on arrival. It would not power on properly, accept a charge, or operate as described in the Bluetti Fridge Power Portable Power Station User Manual.
I contacted Bluetti Customer Service and completed all recommended troubleshooting without resolving the issue. The manual says to press and hold the power button for about three seconds to turn the unit on, but that is not possible because the unit powers on automatically when plugged into an AC outlet. Each time AC power is connected, the same sequence occurs: the power button lights green, all three battery LEDs illuminate, the power button turns red after about eight seconds, the battery LEDs continue flashing, and the unit shuts itself off about 25 seconds later. Restarting it only repeats this sequence. I left it connected to AC power for approximately 36 hours to rule out a low battery, but nothing changed. Bluetti suggested trying solar panels, but I do not have compatible panels or cables, and a properly functioning unit should charge from AC power. Bluetti also suggested charging it from DC - 12 volt power. My motorcycle -only vehicle I have- does not have that capability and I also do not that cable connection. Based on this repeated failure, the unit is defective and should be replaced under warranty. Bluetti seems to keep stalling and refusing to replace a defective unit. I request that Bluetti honor the warranty and replace the defective unit without further delay.
Installed Frig unit.
Just got the Frig back up. I just installed it today and it works exactly as advertised. Setup was a snap and the app makes use easy. Item came timely and was very well packed.
The 20A AC cord for my Bluetti AC200L…
The 20A AC cord for my Bluetti AC200L broke. It is “temporarily unavailable” on their website. I then tried to get the 15A cord, which they don’t sell on their website but they will supposedly sell it to you if you contact their sales department. It was a mission; first I had to send the money through PayPal to the company, then send them proof of payment. It has been over 2 weeks and they still haven’t shipped the cord. They keep saying they are “reviewing” the order. When I call, they don’t answer the phone. Unbelievably bad customer service.
