Verification
They just suspend your account saying that they need to do some sort of verification and then take ages to complete it. I haven’t been able to use my account for over 2 weeks and you get literally nothing from customer support as they have no knowledge whatsoever on what is going on with the verification, and the person in the verification team takes 5 days to respond each time they request something. At this rate it will be 2027 and my account will still be suspended. Never use it.

Deposited via Google pay wallet from my husbands card. Everything was fine until I won a little and decided to withdraw. Straight away asked for a photo of that card, I have explained that it wont be under my name as I only use it through Google pay walllet. They said its fine, they just want to have a look at it. Ive sent it and got my account suspended immediately, got my initial deposit back but no winnings. It was not even £300 in profit. Imagine winning a lot more. I mean what a shitty casino... I strongly recommend everyone to AVOID them. Not worth a single second of your time...
