Great quality and very quick delivery

Poor experience. Waited 2 weeks for a delivery.

The package was the marked as delivered despite nothing actually arriving. I tried to raise this with the team and they have told me I’ll have to wait 20 days to dispute this with Royal Mail.

Told me I need to sign a form and return it.

They have sent the digital forms with no means of providing an e signature. Then sent me a link for a 3rd party company to register with to sign the documents and send them back or told me to print it out and post it.

Absolutely no help at all.

I ordered two pairs of Axel Arigato Orbit Vintage trainers for a total of £310. Although the shoes looked attractive online and the overall construction felt solid, I was disappointed once I actually tried them on.
For trainers costing around £145–£165 per pair, the interior and footbed felt surprisingly plasticky and not particularly premium. The comfort was underwhelming compared with considerably cheaper Nike trainers I already own. One colourway looked good in the box but felt very ordinary once worn, while the black pair looked better but still did not feel comfortable or luxurious enough to justify the price. I therefore decided to return both pairs.
The delivery and return experience made matters considerably worse. The outer parcel arrived badly damaged, and one of the branded shoeboxes inside was also damaged. Because the original packaging was no longer suitable for a secure return, I had to purchase a new protective box for £6.99.
Customer service then told me that three copies of a customs return invoice were required, despite the document not being included with the parcel or supplied electronically. I repeatedly chased them and explained that I needed the documents while I had access to printing facilities at work, but they were still not provided.
I even received a customer-satisfaction survey while the issue remained unresolved. Only after making a formal complaint was I finally told to return the parcel to their UK hub using the supplied label and that Axel Arigato would handle the paperwork themselves.
For a brand charging premium prices, the shoes did not feel premium enough, the packaging was inadequate, and the customer service was extremely poor. The entire experience involved unnecessary delays, repeated chasing and additional expense. I would not purchase from Axel Arigato again based on this experience.

The return and getting the right size was quick and easy , loved the sneakers

Absolutely love Axel Arigato! The shoes look fantastic, feel incredibly comfortable and the quality is outstanding. I’m especially impressed by their durability—they stay beautiful even after a lot of wear. Delivery was fast, too. I’m a huge fan!

Generally a good experience. But you need more serving staff. There was nly one poor girl by herself. So consequently it took a long time to actually pay and leave.

Fast shipping and Great packaging!

I bought a pair of Axel Arigato shoes and quickly noticed that the rubber at the back was not properly bonded and was already separating. For a premium-priced pair of shoes, the quality was very disappointing.

Customer service accepted the fault from the photos and offered a replacement, but would only send it once the faulty pair had been returned. I sent them back on Wednesday and was then told the replacement had been dispatched on Thursday. However, several days later, the Royal Mail tracking still only says “we’re expecting it”, which suggests a label has been created but the parcel has not actually been handed over.

This has left me without the shoes while Axel Arigato holds both the returned pair and my payment. Their claim that every pair is quality checked is also difficult to take seriously given the obvious defect on the original pair.

The issue itself was disappointing, but the slow and unclear replacement process has made the experience much worse. For a brand charging premium prices, I expected better quality control and more transparent customer service.

The shoes had a few marks on them when i received them. My first time buying from you guys, otherwise i like the shoe a lot if they just didn’t seem slightly worn!

You guys ship fast which is awesome, but in the interim period you guys don't have an option to cancel orders placed. I tried to cancel my order 3 hours after I ordered because i realized i ordered the wrong size, and despite going back and forth with Customer service PRIOR to shipping, you guys were not able to cancel the order. Now i had to pay duties on an item i did not want, and you guys probably wasted money on shipping. You guys need to fix ur operations.

Very happy with my purchase. Shoes are more comfortable and stylish than I thought they'd be.

I wasnt given a dust bag however though all other shoes had one.

Great customer service and amazing trainers 😁😁, I have a vast collection of trainers and these are special, the only flaw , the top of the tongues should maybe be covered and not showing foam but apart from that you are one hell of a designer trust me and your packaging is unreal 😁😁👟👟 thank you so much.
