I was not sure about ordering a ring online. But there were not many shops around or atleast not many within my budget, so I took a chance. The ring is really great. I knew I wanted to keep it as soon as i saw it out of the box. Excellent quality for a very competitive price.

We had such a wonderful experience with Auronia and our consultant, Mr. Dario Sawady. From the very beginning, he provided us with detailed and thoughtful advice, taking the time to really listen to what we wanted and address any concerns we had. He went above and beyond to make sure our rings would be ready on time, even though our timeline was tight. In the end, they arrived a full week earlier than expected, which was such a relief. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the inscriptions are perfect. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend Auronia!

The ring is lovely. The style is comfortable and the ring feels like good quality in terms of the thickness recommended. Delivery went smoothly and the price was good.

I ordered two wedding rings. Received one with a mistake in the engravement, thus had to return the ring. The returning process took more than 1,5 month. Once I received the ''new'' ring there were scratches on it. Haven't been offered any form of compensation for all the trouble.

Having FINALLY had a UPS email to say they have created a label, why 2 days later do they still not have my parcel??? More so; why, when you have sent it so late, is it just on a standard shipping???
I am getting married in 5 working days - there is not a chance my rings will be here in time when UPS don't even have them AND they are on a standard service and not express.
This truly is the worst customer services and company I have had the misfortune of dealing with in a very long time, and to think that your whole goal is to provide something so special to people. You can't even uphold your delivery times, don't send them until at least 10 days after expected delivery when the items are ordered AND lied when I first enquired saying that the items were on the way and would arrive in 5 business days, to not even be posted for another 6 days!!
You have quite possibly ruined what should be one of the most treasured days of our lives.

I ordered two gold rings from Auronia and was genuinely excited. The ordering process was smooth, the website gave off a professional impression, and I was looking forward to receiving something special.

At first, everything seemed fine — the dispatch confirmation came through, and I expected a typical delivery timeline. But that’s when things slowly began to unravel.

After a couple of days with no delivery, I got a message requesting that I clarify the contents of the parcel. Apparently, the white ring box included in the shipment didn’t have a declared value. I assumed this was a minor hiccup. After all, it’s just a gift box — not an item for sale. I spent over an hour in a UPS call queue to explain that.

I thought things would move quickly after that. They didn’t.

For four straight days, I stayed at home waiting, because the delivery required a signature. Each day, I was told it would arrive. It didn’t. The tracking system toyed with my patience, showing updates that led nowhere. Then came another one-hour call to UPS — and the same vague line: “The package is stuck at the airport. We’ll try to nudge it forward.”

Still trying to stay hopeful, I held on. Then I was hit with a surprise import VAT bill. I wasn’t expecting one — this was shipping from Germany to the UK — but I paid it right away just to move things along.

I was sure that would resolve it. But the following two days were more of the same: fake delivery estimates, no doorbell, no parcel. Eventually, the tracking updates just stopped. That’s when patience turned into concern.

I raised a lost item claim with UPS, emailed them, and reached out to Auronia for help. Then I noticed something odd: Auronia had already marked my order as “delivered and complete.” That was the moment I stopped feeling like a valued customer and started feeling like someone chasing a ghost parcel.

Four days after that, the rings finally arrived.

And yes — they were perfect. Beautiful, well-crafted, and exactly what I’d hoped for. The product deserves high praise.

But the journey to get them? Exhausting, frustrating, and avoidable. If this had been a time-sensitive gift, I would’ve been left with nothing but stress. To Auronia’s credit, they followed up afterward about the import charge, and that may lead to something positive.

Still, they really need to improve their delivery coordination and post-sale communication. I expected excitement — not anxiety.

I’m leaving 4 stars because the rings are excellent, and I want to believe this was a one-off. But if I’m being honest, this experience pushed my patience far too many times.

Perfect service

We went to the shop just 4 weeks before the wedding. The staff in the shop gave a very detailed explanation of how to select the ring and at the end we were really excited to see it in real. But we had to wait. The staff took extra care to deliver our rings before our wedding day. When we saw the ring in real it was much better than what we really imagined

Really smooth ordering experience. Responded quickly, reasonable price and good quality of rings.

The tooling to create and personalize the wedding rings is amazing, I was fascinated by the level of detail. However, the delivery of the rings was on the slow side and status updates on the order were missed until I called customer support. After that everything went quite fast.

Service was excellent.

Completely inflexible to help with changes because I got my rings engraved. Do not purchase from here.
