I am very happy with how the ring came out
I am very happy with how the ring came out, they did delay it a bit and I am assuming that they had some technical difficulties, but whatever it was they did it to possibly fix or remake the ring which I appreciate.
The ring did come out very nicely, it looks very good and they even followed the engraving that I requested so nicely.
The only downside I had, was getting updated on the delivery, the date it was estimated to arrive changed because of the technical difficulties, and after that I barely had any updates.
The contact support on WhatsApp were also quite slow to respond, and unfortunately whenever I did receive the box, the outer box that gets delivered was slightly damaged on the side.
Either way, the ring was safe, it came with a cute nice box for the ring that has a little light, and overall it all came out really nicely.

I bought a men's silver ring for my fiancé for our engagement, and he loved it.
The ring arrived in excellent condition, with good quality packaging and a lovely ring box including a light. It had the correct engraving on the inside of the ring. Delivery took around 3 weeks, so order well in advance of your occasion.

I am writing to make a formal complaint…
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the handling of my delivery and the extremely poor customer service I have experienced while trying to resolve the issue.
My delivery time was changed, but the revised timing is not suitable as I will not be at home. I therefore contacted your customer service team to try to resolve this in advance.
At the time of writing, I have been on hold for over 2 hours without being able to speak to anyone. This is an unreasonable amount of time to expect a customer to wait, particularly when I am only contacting you because of a change made to the delivery arrangements.
I have made every reasonable effort to address this proactively, yet I have been left unable to amend the delivery or obtain any assistance. This has caused significant inconvenience and has left me feeling that my concerns are not being taken seriously.
I would like this complaint formally recorded and would appreciate:
An urgent resolution regarding the delivery, including a suitable alternative delivery time or arrangement.
An explanation for the excessive waiting time.
Confirmation of what steps will be taken to prevent customers being left on hold for such an unreasonable period.
Consideration of appropriate compensation or goodwill for the inconvenience caused.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a substantive response as soon as possible.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever bought from had my engagement ring on my finger for less the 6 weeks and it fell apart there response was it’s out of warranty (yes it had a life time warranty ) it wasn’t even out of the 60day return policy there customer service was shocking thank god I got it insured otherwise I wud be 4k down and no ring to show for it
