We bought a £10k halo engagement ring from 77Diamonds around 4 years ago, the quality of the ring has been very poor and the customer service by the team is not great. The diamonds in the halo have broken on numerous occasions and rather than waving their fee as a gesture of goodwill, they have charged to replace these small stones.

I would avoid this overpriced ‘flashy brand’ jeweller and stick with independents in the future.

From start to finish Natacha was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my queries. I received the ring 4 days earlier than previously quoted, and the ring itself is flawless.

Very nice engagement ring at a competitive price.
But writing the wrong delivery date (5th of August instead of 25th of August) was a really big mistake since I had planned to do it on a vacation between that time period.
Additionally it was pretty difficult to reach customer service, and they kept changing delivery dates which made it impossible to plan when to be home for the delivery.

The experience was great from the beggining. I received excellent service and the ring is simply beautiful.Furthermore, they met the scheduled delivery deadline.

77 Diamonds was the perfect option for me. The website was easy to use and helped guide every step of the way in curating the perfect ring. Tarek Alawiye was a superstar in making my transaction a success from start to finish.

I had a fantastic experience with customer service during the course of my purchase, especially from Clare Caliwan. After an unexpected U.S. customs hold that risked spoiling my engagement plans, Clare was responsive, reassuring, and was able to resolve the issue quickly. You never want to be left in the dark when purchasing a ring, and Clare made sure that I was regularly informed about the shipment’s status while doing everything she could to expedite its delivery. I couldn’t happier, both with the customer service and the ring itself. I will definitely be returning for any future purchases.
