Your carers are so good & caring they talk to my husband in a polite & adult manner getting him up out of bed, get him showered, dressed. They are all lovely people
All of the carers were professional and kind and made what was a new experience for me as easy as possible.

Both my father in law and my father were cared for by Agincare in their Edgehill Care Home and both experiences have left me feeling as if Edgehill was a second home to me.
All staff were so friendly and caring on all levels.
I cannot praise the level of care and commitment highly enough and Edgehill is a place I would have no reservations in recommending.

From the moment I contacted Agincare regarding caring for my mum the communications about how they can help have been excellent. Within a week we've had a lovely visitor to talk things through and come up with a plan which will start this week. There are options to revise the plan at short notice as mum's needs change. I feel confident that mum will be able to stay living at home for now,as she would like, with the extra care provided by staff from Agincare.

Nothing is too much trouble. My father Howard Mears was made to feel at home instantly. He was used to doing things his way and at his time, but once he had adjusted to the new life style he felt very happy. It's an awful high amount to have to pay for self funding care, but the support he has gotten all the way, and it's only been his first week, it's money well spent. Edgehill Care Home is brilliant, but the system takes far too much advantage financially on help that is so needed!
Having said that, the staff at Edgehill Care Home already feel like family with their attitudes and CARE 🙏🤗😎

Waterside Care home is an excellent home for your loved ones. The first thing you notice is the cleanness of the home. It’s fresh and inviting. The staff are really friendly. I visited a close family member and was so pleased to see how well taken care of she is.
I recommend this home

Dad has only been in a week and a bit so too early to tell for sure but a few teething issues so far.
To be fair I suspect most of these are down to us not understanding the processes and what is expected of us.

The agency failed in duty of care my son got given a bad support worker a year of comments . Finally stood upto the agency 3 months later my son still doesn't have a support worker. He can get overwhelmed with being at home care responsibility dog etc. This agency need the book throwing at them
My wife and carer were interacting wonderfully when I arrived at 1.45 pm just one hour and a quarter into day 4. Carer had done a very good job but was keen to leave as soon as I returned. I would have appreciated a full debriefing of all that happened

Being newly introduced to Aginccare, my overall opinion on this company I must say is a cut above the rest. Compared to other larger companies I have dealt with, Agin stands apart when witnessing real outcomes of what they do, compared to what they say.
The motivational force behind everything they do is wholeheartedly based on the individual using their services because I have felt it and I have witnessed it.
I wish I had found Agincare sooner. You can feel the benefits of the fact that this is a family ran provider, rather than a big chain which I have felt lost and hit dead ends with in the past.
Thankyou Agincare for truly reflecting the services you provide!

We was very happy with St Peter’s park residential.. unfortunately one member of staff ruined the experience with how rude and horrible she was we put in a written complaint 2 months later we have heard nothing back so will not return with mum in the future. In the end we was glad to get her away there was no progress past a certain point in her recovery..

I held a senior role at St Peter’s Park Care Home in Bexhill, but resigned just after 2 weeks due to deeply concerning management practices and a complete lack of support. Communication was consistently aggressive rather than professional, and there was little to no regard for staff wellbeing. The nursing team was unwelcoming, with one nurse explicitly stating, “It’s my way or no way,” reflecting a culture with no sense of teamwork. This atmosphere is clearly echoed in the last CQC report, which highlights failures in leadership and staff support. I have never worked in such a harsh environment, and I chose to prioritise my mental health. While the carers were truly fantastic, they were let down by the leadership above them. My predecessor also lasted only a week, was this investigated, or were concerns dismissed in favour of protecting existing staff?
I wish the new manager all the best and hope she receives the support this role demands.

I applied for a Healthcare role with Agincare and had a good experience. The process was simple and communication was clear throughout. The team was professional and overall, a positive experience.

I would not recommend this care company based on our experience.
As first-time users of care services, we found the overall standard to be disappointing and, at times, distressing for my elderly parents.
On the first visit, the carer arrived without any identification and was not in uniform, which was very unsettling. There were also repeated issues with timing—carers would arrive as early as 7am, knocking loudly and repeatedly ringing the doorbell, despite being asked to come later due to one patient returning late from dialysis and needing adequate rest.
We also experienced a lack of appropriate staffing, particularly female carers to assist a vulnerable elderly woman with personal care. This resulted in her going without a wash for an entire week, which is unacceptable.
In addition, there was no consistency in carers or visit times, with different individuals arriving at varying times each day.
Overall, our experience suggests that this company does not prioritise the wellbeing and dignity of its patients.

Fantastic care, my Mum is very happy. The food is wonderful and all the care staff cannot do enough. They are superstars.
