I’ve been a loyal user of this platform for a long time, but the recent pricing changes are completely unjustified. Not only have prices increased dramatically, but features I previously relied on, such as yearly tax closings (USt-E, EÜR, ESt-E) and direct ELSTER submissions, have been stripped and locked behind a more expensive tier. Paying 33% more for a downgraded experience is a major breach of trust.

The interface is good and the AI assistant is relatively helpful though sometimes things are clunky. My gripe with this platform is that it holds you ability to declare various types of income behind a paywall, though this was never stated at time of signing up. If you want to do so you have to pay a one off fee or sign up to an inflated premium plan. Your only alternative is to declare your taxes through ELSTER which would negate the point of the subscription in the first place. This is a huge money grab made at the point of annual submission which they know they have customers over a barrel for.

I love Accountable. The support team is great, always promptly helping when I have a problem. The software is easy to use and always recommend it to freelancers.

Great Product. Would not know how to manage all of my taxes etc. without it, as just started with my freelancer/business job. It helps and reminds of everything and the support is worldclass. Helping with all kinds of questions within 1-2 days also to specific tax questions regarding my specific tax situation and problems.
