Ich habe eine funktionierende DSL-Verbindung, aber mein Router kann keine Verbindung zum Internet herstellen. Ich habe mich wegen dieses Problems schon mehrfach an den Support gewandt.

Ich habe sogar meinen Router ausgetauscht, aber das Problem besteht weiterhin.

Der Support schickt lediglich einen Techniker vorbei. Der Techniker überprüft die DSL-Verbindung und kommt zu dem Schluss, dass er nichts tun kann.

Als ich erneut den Kundendienst anrufe, schlagen sie vor, einen weiteren Techniker zu schicken. Es wird keine Lösung angeboten. Der Kundendienst sagt: „Wir sind nur Angestellte, wir haben keine technischen Kenntnisse.“

Wenden Sie sich bitte an einen Internetanbieter, der weiß, was er tut, und verschwenden Sie Ihre Zeit und Ihr Geld nicht mit Congstar.

Rail Ninja charged me double the actual price of the ticket. I understand they offer a service and need to make money, but this feels like a total scam.

Edit: I cancelled a ticket, and they gave me back most of my money (they did not profit it seems, since they bought cancellable tickets).

I booked a ticket with the train operator directly, which even gave me more options for times and saved me a lot of money…

So what Rail Ninja does, at least in Morroco, is buy the tickets for you, and they charge you 50 euros of more for that service. Updating to two stars because at least they gave most of my money back, but this whole experience leaves a sour taste.

Edit 2: Rail Ninja reached out to me to clarify that they do not have an integration on the Moroccan market. Please solve this by refunding part of the ticket if you could buy it for significantly less. This avoids frustration and feeling scammed.

Took my first FlixBus. I did not appreciate their automated e-mail offering me another connection I looked at, but the bus ride itself was quite alright. The technology behind FlixBus also seems pretty good, no hiccups there. Pretty good price.

Small improvements are possible. There was no toilet paper on the bus. Wifi did not work very well. No coffee or water on the bus.

Impossible to disable 'Datenautomatik'. I disabled my mobile internet when my usage hit 80% but despite that they got me on the hook for two times 'Datenautomatik' and it can be only be disabled from next month.

Just choose a provider that earns their money with good service instead of fooling the consumer.

My ticket purchase was cancelled due to "due to changes in the cost of airline's fare". How is that my problem? These business practices are illegal.

I did get my money back at least...

Edit: If you cannot guarantee a price, don't sell a ticket for that price. It's that simple. It is simply illegal what you are doing.

Ik krijg geen btw-rekening van mijn boeking. Support kan me niet verder helpen. Dit bedrijf opereert illegaal. Laat je niet verleiden door die paar euro besparing maar boek bij betrouwbare partijen.

Edit: Lol, een automatisch bericht in het Fries (ik spreek geen Fries). Dit is alles wat je moet weten van dit bedrijf, je krijgt geen echte mensen te spreken als je contact opneemt met support.

Over het bestelproces, de website, de winkelervaring ben ik erg te spreken. Toen ik me had bedacht en toch een andere tas wilde voor op reis was het geen probleem om die terug te brengen.

Veel producten zijn enorm slim ontworpen en zijn ondanks dat erg betaalbaar. Ik hoop dat Decathlon (ook) blijft inzetten op kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten die lang mee gaan.

Feedback over de website: je kan alleen een winkel zoeken op basis van postcode. Dit is erg onhandig als je in een stad bent en geen postcode van die stad kent.

Ze bezorgen niet bij de buren. De verwachte levertijd klopt niet. Je moet een account aanmaken om een levering aan te passen in te zien. Er zitten veel bugs in hun online systeem. Je kan geen gedetailleerde instructies achterlaten om een pakket af te leveren (bijvoorbeeld om er voor te zorgen dat het niet wordt ondergeregend).

Veel liever DHL of PostNL.

Kan niks kijken. Alle uitzendingen haperen en bufferen de hele tijd. Ik heb NPO Plus en kijk vanuit Duitsland. Met Netflix, YouTube of elke andere streaming-dienst heb ik nergens last van. Ik wil best meer geld uitgeven, maar fix a.j.b. dat het werkt. Het is 2023 en online TV kunnen kijken is echt de basis.

Als het wel werkt is de helft van de ondertiteling niet leesbaar.

Sehr zufrieden mit DHL. Ich benutze sie, wenn ich möchte, dass meine Pakete sicher und pünktlich ankommen.

Ich kann nicht einmal meine LTE-Verbindung in Gebäuden nutzen. Das war bei der Telekom nie ein Problem. Das Netz von O2 ist ein Witz. Auf jeden Fall meiden.

What I really like is that they give you a guarantee that using their app will not get you into any trouble. That means they really stand behind their product, and I applaud that.

I have encountered some small issues, but I could work around them and support has been very responsive.

Superfijne shop. Boek was nota bena binnen twee dagen naar Duitsland verstuurd. Bij FIT zitten echte ervaringsdeskundigen dus hier zit je goed.

Ich war etwas enttäuscht, dass der von mir bestellte Monitor nicht zum erwarteten Termin, sondern erst einen Monat später geliefert werden konnte. Nachdem ich den Kundendienst kontaktiert hatte, wurde eine schnellere Lieferung vereinbart. Letztendlich bin ich also sehr zufrieden mit diesem Shop. Sie reagieren schnell und sind sehr professionell.

They are unable to produce a legal invoice (with tax breakdown), so I can't claim my hotel stay with the Deutsche Bahn. Thanks to this shady service I lost 120 euros. Plus I needed to pay 6 euros additional taxes despite the promise of no additional charges.

Avoid, this app is a complete joke and waste of time and money.

Beste verzekeraar van Nederland. Ben al jaren klant en heb nooit problemen gehad. Klantenservice was altijd net, bekwaam en correct.

I've been using their services for years. Never had any problems with them. Support was able to answer my questions and helped me transfer IP to a new box once. Very pleasant to use UI. Hosted in EU. Recommended!
