This is an excellent bike for the money. I wanted a step through e-bike as my mountain biking days are over. I did a lot of research but kept coming back to Ampere and I’m glad I did. I can ride it fine with no assistance on the flat and just use the power to get me up the hills. The Eco Bike Company were also very good in terms of keeping me informed and answering questions.

I love my bike, easy to ride. Power is good and the colour is what I wanted.
Battery covers 55miles on flat.
The only thing is the indicators are close together and it is difficult for anything behind to know which direction you are turning.
Still I’m very 😊 happy

Had the bike two weeks and done about 250 miles. Lovely to ride. Have yet to do more than 30 miles in one go to see how battery lasts. My only complaint is the % battery drops in random amounts. One minute there is 80% then suddenly it’s 66%. And this is in lowest power level.

Good budget option, so good value for money

Used my new Ampere step through electric bike for the first time this weekend and it was great! It's so easy to use, and the sizing is perfect (I'm 5ft tall, and bought the small frame) I also love the design and colour. I can't wait to use it again!

After speaking with my local bike shop about replacing my current e-bike, they recommended the Ampere Deluxe Pro. I have osteoarthritis, so riding a regular bike is no longer a practical option for me.

I had to wait just over a month for the bike to arrive, but it was well worth it. Riding it home from the shop, the difference compared with my old bike was immediately noticeable. The ride is much smoother, the gear changes are seamless, and the motor is so quiet you hardly notice it's there.

So far I've only used Eco mode, and it has handled the local hills and the local Redway network with ease. I'm really looking forward to taking it on some longer rides to see what it can do, but my first impressions have been extremely positive.

My only minor niggle is removing the battery. I found it quite difficult at first, and the manual doesn't explain how to remove it, which would have been helpful for new owners.

I received my Ampere de luxe mid drive stepthro' Electric bike yesterday, My husband very quickly put the bike together, about 40 mins from opening the box, Then spent time adjusting the saddle/handlebars to suit.
The quality appears to be good and after charging the battery I had a short ride, the bike felt fine.
One problem is that the controls for the display are completely different any shown in the instructions.

I purchased a Hilux Crossbar Hybrid bike and I don't think I could have purchased a better hybrid bike. Controls are easy and display screen is clear and easily understood. The high specification of this bike makes for a very pleasurable ride on tarmac or gravel routes.
Initially I had an issue with the bike, but with fantastic assistance from Ampere's Technical Team, they quickly identified what i had done wrong with a connection.

Have received my bike this week. Was easy to assemble following the instructions. Great quality and an enjoyable riding experience.

It was delivered on time,well packed,easy to build. Time will tell if it will be as good as my other Amper bike.

Excellent first ride experience. Covered a variety of terrain and the bike coped exceptionally well. All feels good quality and confidently sturdy.

I call them, it was a 3 minute conversation, sent my details by message , faulty part must have been posted immediately as I had the replacement within 2 days of the conversation. (Kick stay)

Husband bought a bike, he was so pleased with it, I bought a bike. Brother now bought a bike and to complete the family being able to cycle together, my sister is considering purchasing one.
