Had the bike two weeks and done about 250 miles. Lovely to ride. Have yet to do more than 30 miles in one go to see how battery lasts. My only complaint is the % battery drops in random amounts. One minute there is 80% then suddenly it’s 66%. And this is in lowest power level.

Regarding the battery percentage, what you're seeing is completely normal. The battery management system estimates the remaining charge based on factors such as terrain, rider input, wind conditions, and the level of motor assistance being used. As these conditions change, the percentage can adjust accordingly, so you may notice it dropping in larger increments at times. The most accurate indication of remaining range is usually after you've been riding consistently for a short while.
