Surprisingly unhelpful level of service…
Surprisingly unhelpful level of service in coordinating a courier from a company with generally good reviews. Representative not willing to help with coordinating a delivery that is now 2 days overdue. No attempt to deliver on due day despite courier tracking report and no attempt on the following day. Representative unwilling to contact courier to ensure safe delivery so the needed item will be very late, if delivered at all.

We can confirm that your order was placed using our Free UK Delivery service, which is a 48-hour delivery service. We also offer a Next Working Day delivery option for an additional £6.95 for customers who require their orders more urgently.
The courier's tracking portal allows customers to manage their delivery by updating preferences, including requesting delivery to a safe place, a neighbour, or selecting an alternative delivery date where these options are available.
We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience when contacting our Customer Services team. We always strive to provide the highest level of support and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us review and improve the service we provide.

Chelford equestrian supplies are simply awesome. Every single one of the wonderful staff can never do enough or care enough. They are knowledgeable, kind, supportive and even always review the price match too. Even before you would ask or think about it. Gabby, Abi and all the girls are really a credit to the company. I honestly cannot recommend or shout about them all enough. I have to also highlight the farm supplies too with one of the wonderful gentlemen from there helping the girls open up early one morning to let me in to get something urgent for the horses - I don’t know any retail service that would do this for a customer!

1st Class Customer Service
I contacted Chelford Farm Supplies recently as a usually good quality item hadn't lasted as long as expected and I was enquiring how to raise this with the manufacturer. Georgia Cadwell dealt with my query and was superb. She sorted everything out for me and the communication was excellent. My item is now retuned to manufacturer free of charge and I have received a full refund from Chelford. I couldn't have had a better experience.

A great and very responsive company. We had an issue with the finish of a boxed item once opened.

Fabulous company to deal with. I ordered the Ariat pull on riveter workbooks on Monday afternoon and they arrived on Wednesday morning, Georgia Cadman of Chelford farm supplies did an excellent job, immediate dispatch by a professional courier DPD and immediate delivery within 48hours, fantastic job. Really good price for the boots I am really impressed at the price and the service. I would highly recommend them and their business. The boots fit perfectly like a glove.
