Excellent all round service starting with Kate (Knutsford store) who did not leave a stone unturned in helping us select a new lounge suite and secured a prompt delivery to Anthony and Matthew who delivered the two sofas with great courtesy, carrying, handling, unpacking with utmost care and respect to our property. Highly recommended.

Bad customer experience
Bad customer experience. Book ordered, wrong one sent. No phone to call, so emailed. Received apologies and a request to send ISBN details to clarify the mix up. This I did - no response back… 2 emails later chasing for a response, but still no reply. I have now written off this bad experience and shall never use WOB again.
