Easy to order and kept in the loop about delivery.

Poor quality. Took too long only to realize merch came from a foreign country. Merch came in damaged and quality is more like children’s jewelry. After several emails to get a refund they keep trying to sell me more. Totally dissatisfied.

I recently ordered the collar rind and the Hug Pendant with the matching earrings. as always the jewelry is fantastic and so beautiful. My experience with Carla's is always very pleasant. I will definitely be doing with Carla's again. My jewelry was delivered as quick.

The jewelry I have ordered is beautiful. BUT don’t expect good customer service. I received a ring that was damaged during delivery. It was crushed in half. I have tried for 4 months to get it replaced and can’t even get a response. I have sent pictures of the ring and the packaging. Never will I buy from them again!

Liked the jewelry but shipping was desirable. GoFo needs to change its name to GoSlo.

I looked at the site for jewelry. Looked reviews which were great..so I made 2 purchases and both were of high quality and fair prices.

Absolute cheap tat, lucky bag quality.
Bought the “handmade” hummingbird necklace for my wife, and I put it straight in the bin, not even showing her it. Cheap piece of flimsy perspex with painted on motif, and the chain was even worse. Avoid at all costs.

Cheap gumball machine earrings. This is a scam. Do not buy from this vendor. Advertised as handmade. One earring doesn't even fit my earlobe.

Both of my earring purchase were beyond gorgeous! I get so many compliments on them! They are my absolute favorite earrings ever! I bought the hummingbirds and the colorful dragonfly wings with sparkles. LOVE THEM

Quality, promptness of delivery, good communications, and well priced.

Great piece and communication was excellent. Bit of concern when a piece fell out but was able to repair it.

I got the good luck Owl ring. It's everything I thought it would be. Very nice and looks just as good in person as the ad! Very satisfied!
