Delivery outside of business hours failed - box not used
Delivery outside of business hours. Despite the presence of a parcel locker, the goods were not left there. For the umpteenth time, employees have had to drive to a distant service point to collect our order. This is unacceptable for us as a company in the long run. These problems occur exclusively with deliveries via Colis Privé; other parcel services leave the goods in our parcel locker outside of business hours.
