Delivery was terrible he began arguing…

Delivery was terrible he began arguing he wasn't bringing it inside the house and it was curbside drop off unbelievable.
Then the carpet looked grey not Aqua and the felt was threadbare.
The company take days to reply did not ask me what I wanted to do did not apologise and assumed I wanted a replacement without asking.

As soon as you contacted us about your concerns, we raised the issue immediately and arranged a replacement carpet as a gesture of goodwill to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, you declined this resolution.

You requested for a refund while keeping the carpet, we are unable to offer a refund without the goods being returned, in line with our returns policy.

We always aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly, and we remain willing to assist if you wish to proceed with the replacement.

BT are the best.

After the worst experience with virgin media and not even get connected after 2 days of immense stress. bt was by far the best experience. On time, proffessional and superb.
