I find it disgusting that you have charged me almost £150 to put a private plate on the car, the car is exactly the same. It’s just got a different number plate on and if anything, the number plate actually makes the car look older than what it is so how do you come up with such a ridiculous figure to just simply put a private player on the car. Based on the experience that I’ve had in such a short time of being one of your clients, I find it very hard to believe that I will actually renew with your company when that date is due.

I bought Shark Face mask for £270, unfortunately, I had to return the item. I returned it to an address, which was on the Boots website with all the relevant paperwork, supplied tracking details and proof that the parcel had arrived with them on 5th January only to be told that they didn’t have the parcel and they wouldn’t refund my money, after numerous communications throughout about this, I still haven't had nothing positive back and still find myself £270 out of pocket. Times are tough financially at the minute and when you’ve got company such as boots not giving you back what’s rightfully yours just makes it all a lot harder! Absolutely disgrace for better of such a well recognition company.
