A complete lack of professionalism and empathy demonstrated by tele person. Very poor service says one thing then completely does another! Take your business else where to a more reputable supplier these people really don't care.
I believe the way I have been treated is nothing short of disgusting.

Banked with Lloyds for 38 years- completely lost there way and customer commitment/ loyalty. Clearly don't listen or care! Promise one thing then do another. Thinking of moving banks after all this time- this isn't the bank I chose to deal with back in the day. Had those many inappropriate/ poor dealings with over the last few years and caused a great of stress to me.

Very, very poor service items arrived damaged and sub-standard. Emailed several times no reply. Avoid this company very insincere and obviously don't accept responsibility for their own actions. PLEASE AVOID

Daryl absolutely fabulous and provided excellent service- I will always return to Beaverbrooks because of the quality of products and service provided. Daniel very good and Micha very hot. I cant begin to explain how knowledgeable and helpful Daryl was. Highly recommended
