I still remember his 'two Labrador alarm clock' reply when I first got in touch to enquire about broadband at the crack of dawn and expected an automated message. The connection has been rock-solid, delivering exactly the speeds I paid for—no dropouts, no fuss. Aquiss doesn't tie you into long-term fixed-price hikes; instead, they offer fair, straightforward contracts and expect you to provide your own router, which lets you choose hardware that suits your setup.
To me what stood out most was the human touch: support tickets are handled quickly and personally, often by Martin himself, going beyond the typical ISP experience. It’s clear Aquiss values long-term relationships over quick profits.
