We went to Whitestores inside the new Go Outdoors in York....brilliant shop. We purchased a 6 seat dining set (Isabella) and a Astra LED Cantilever Parasol. Both delivered in very good order and both a joy to use in this extremely hot weather we're having at the moment. This review is mainly for the young woman who served us. RUBY was so enthusiastic about every item we wanted to see. She really couldn't do enough for us and at the same time looking after other customers. We did hear from someone else though, that these hard working people only receive £5 for a good review. Well RUBY deserves more than that she is a credit to your company.

Your customers tell you time and again to talk about the product, re: shoes, boots and clothing, about sizing. I can sit and wait to hear about sizes, but no, we hear what items can be worn with. Listening about their holidays etc. It stops people buying. So I shop elsewhere.

Just had 3 fence panels delivered by Mark and Graham. So very polite and great humour. Two good men, professional and helpful, but on a cold day with their humour, put a smile on our faces. It's a company that we would gladly use again.

The ordering process was simple. The delivery was quick and came in very good condition and well packaged. Putting the blinds up, we opted for Roman blinds, was quick and easy. But above all, the quality of the materials are beautiful. We have now ordered blinds for 2 bedrooms, we will be ordering more.

Liam was patient and knowledgeable. Always taking his time to explain and simplify. When one company didn't work, he was quick to find another. The whole process was easy to work with.

I ordered chelsea pyjamas, they didn't arrive, a duvet set came without invoice. Spoke to customer care, to be told we'll send out more pyjamas. So qvc had my money and I had to wait for 2 weeks for my oder. No vouchers offered for a customer of over 20 years. And I doubt even writing this will have no effect either.

Everything has changed.....for the better. I've always had very fine hair, now it's the best it's ever been. Skin is softer, nails are growing. Couldn't be without it now.

I bought the Ninja air fryer. It came well packaged and came in a good condition. But be careful QVC, the same day I purchased it from yourselves it was £20 cheaper on Amazon. Your V stands for value.....might need to look into that.

I love QVC. The ease of it and ordering. What I don't like, and reading so many other reviews, some of your presenters, will not and do not talk about sizing. You people are the customers' eyes, and if you want the customer to keep on buying, then please discuss the colours and then the sizing. We are not bothered by how to wear an item. Or how you the presenter could wear it on holiday. We need to know if to size up, down or the same as the high street. Without this information. I as the customer will look elsewhere to buy.

There is an amazing amount of products from QVC. But be aware it's very very expensive. Think about what you are buying, and then think, I know I can get it cheaper elsewhere. If you return a product, remember you have then paid two lots of P&P. Returns are not free. I have also paid full price on a product that I know to be a return from someone else's use. I will continue to use QVC, but it will only be on certain products.
