Theft, bulgary but I should have com here before.... that's the mail I received informing me that the goods were snt back but not to them.... a joke as I read thus is often used as excuse not to deliver : 'If you still want the product, we can resend your order,
but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
Will that be acceptable? '
Of course I do not agree and ket them know ckearly that' called at the least 'bad runned business if they do not have insurance' or simply theft, that's my opinion.

I ordered a radio, it arrived in Belgium.but was never delivered by transporter, mondial relay, who was asked by Collis privé to deliver and who informed me to go back to seller, and i've sent varois mails without success. I hope someone read this message. Rgds

Alles goed verlopen, bij levering wat geschrokken, belden reeds aan om 6u45 maar er was wel gemeld dat reeds vanaf 7u kon geleverd worden dus .... niet zo erg

Parfait sur toute la ligne: jour et heures livraison, le monsieur qui livre gentil et précis...bravo

Van site via bestelling en levering is alles goed verlopen; persoonlijke aanpak voor levering, heel aangenaam als ervaring en kwaliteit van tapijt is top en helemaal wat ik verwachtte
