Super pakket voor een kleine onderneming. bepaalde functies zijn beperkt; maar in principe heb je alles wat je nodig hebt. het is makkelijk in gebruik, erg overzichtelijk en zeker ook geschikt voor mensen die niet per se een administratieve achtergrond hebben.
Review of Brenger
Ik had 2 transporten geplant. 1 transport inmiddels ontvangen, echter moest die afspraak 2x worden verplaatst. De 2e transport hangt nog steeds in de lucht en wordt alsmaar geannuleerd. Als je afhankelijk bent van een strakke planning zou ik het zeker niet aanbevelen, veels te onbetrouwbaar. Chauffeur was aardig, behulpzaam, is respectvol omgegaan met mijn kast en heeft me wel netjes op de hoogte gestelt van de vertraging. Niks mis met hem; maar de planning voor de leveringen geeft me hoofdpijn.
Review of Diveinn
Ordered end of May; by 10 of June I investigated and they said there was an issue with the delivery company. I asked them to cancel the order if it couldnt arrive by a certain time. They confirmed this. Now it is beginning of August, and after repeatedly, patently asking for my refund I only receive mails that the responsible departement will be informed. No product, no money and empty promises. And I cannot access my onlinne account. Order number 69463501. DiveInn: please get back to me with a resolution and/or my money.
UPDATE: I did receive my refund after all. It's still a pity that it takes a bad review. Apparently multiple, pretty patient emails to customer support were not sufficient. But thanks for sending my money back!

Erg makkelijk in gebruik. Ik heb een basic abo voor een eenvoudige admin, en werk er al jaren mee. Het geeft je alles wat je nodig hebt.

Review of Sveltetraining
Very confusing, long proces to get to the trial-package. They keep on trying to sell you stuff while you click through their site, and even if you constantly click on 'I dont want that', they still charge you afterwards. I tried to cancel my 'free trail" (which wasn't free, but well....), but I didnt have an 'active' account, so couldn't cancel. They still tried to take the money though.

Ik ben meer dan tevreden over loodgieter.nl. De afspraak was snel geregeld en de loodgieter zelf was een Superman. Ook al kwam hij ingewikkeldheden tegen (want mijn aansluitingen zijn wel 40 jaar oud), alsnog heeft hij het super goed en binnen de tijd kunnen fixen. Een echte vakman!!! Ik ben zo blij met mijn nieuwe kraan en boiler. Bedankt allemaal!

Review of Philippine Airlines
Flying from Bangkok to Cebu, only 4 hours. But I liked everything about it. Staff is very friendly, at check in and on flight. On my way back I think I even got a seat upgrade cuz the sweet girl at the check in noticed that it was my birthday the day before. So i sat very comfy! The FREE food on a 4 hour flight was actually delicious and a nice surprise. I haven't needed to use customer service, so I cannot speak to that. But my first and only experience flying with Philippine Airlines was a very pleasant one.

Review of Holafly
I got a 2-month unlimited plan for Thailand, it cost me 90.- euros. Unlimited seems not to be that unlimited, though. Since I am usually somewhere with Wifi here in Thailand, I didn't notice in the beginning how bad it was. Then I went to Indonesia and had a one week plan - which worked fine, I think. But you have to make sure you have the settings right, otherwise you start roaming of your own internet, which might costs you an additional 75.- euros, like it did with me. Then I came back to Thailand and my 90.- day plan didn't work at all. Customer support is a parade of standard answers and AI-generated messages about how they know how frustrating it can be to have no connection....for me it was an absolute waste of money and i don't recommend it for Thailand. I would definitely suggest to get a cheaper 'few-days-plan' first to see how well it works and to check how 'limited' the 'unlimited' package is....

Ik bestel al meer dan een jaar om de paar maanden en had nog nooit problemen. Ook niet met retouren. Ik schrok een beetje van al die slechte recensies. Mijn pakjes komen altijd binnen ruim een week aan - ik vind het niet erg om een aantal dagen te moeten wachten. tenminste sturen ze alle producten in 1 pakje op, en niet zoals bij andere shops dat je voor elk product een apart pakje krijgt. Dan wacht ik liever wat langer. Ik ben nog steeds fan van die online winkel!

ben altijd blij met coolblue - want super snel geleverd; je krijgt altijd update mailtjes waar ze zijn en wanneer ze komen. je krijgt je factuur ook via de mail opgestuurd, ook heel handig! EN: de coolblue mensen van de klantenservice en de couriers zijn ook altijd super vriendelijk. fijn te weten dat sommige bedrijven klantentevredenheid nog waarderen en ervoor zorgen dat hun werknemers deze bedrijfsethiek ook naleven...helaas niet meer altijd vanzelfsprekend in deze tijden!
