The personnel does ridiculous control on the company which does not happen to other accounting software.
They forced you to buy expensive subs and does not respect the clients at all!

Enige plek waar je als beginnende ondernemer op een ontspannen en soepele manier met je boekhouding direct de eerste goede stap maakt. Ik heb er al jaren plezier van (evenals de Belastingdienst).

I am a volunteer treasurer. I find that having the full bookkeeping package available on line is perfect for storing the data safely.
Repetitive tasks such as invoicing, customer management and booking banking transactions are so streamlined it saves me so much time.
I would definitely recommend the system

We tried the service and had some feedback. While discussing the issues we had trouble with the representative getting upset and argumentative. [If you want non-dutch people using your product, you should translate it to english and listen to the feedback to enhance your service].
Despite the conversation, we did want to use the product and got a quote for 50% off which the company then refused to acknowledge 4 days later. One persons reason for the refusal was that offer was only in January and someone else because we had tried the product, something the person offering the discount was already aware of.
I read some of the other reviews and what we experienced seems consistent with others.
Update: After the experience we were contacted by their support staff promising to fix the bad experience; and they did. They fixed the price, took time to listen to feedback and a specialist assisted with a couple of outstanding challenges.

Good Website for accounting and bookkeeping but unfortunately only in Dutch, does not support complete Google Auto Translation in English (on few webpages can be translated via google auto translate).

Like other dutch they too are self-flatterer for their site,. Their site does not have english version and google doesnot support their site for conversion.
Incase they have google rating the real experience will be shown.

This program is absolute terrible! I can't believe it's the highest rated in the country. The longer I have used it, the messier my bookkeeping has become, even with the assistance of a professional. It seems to have only become LESS intuitive. After years of use, I'm finally giving up. I thought it was me but it isn't, even my bookkeeper is amazed at the stunningly bad quality.

There are numbers that make no sense, don't seem to come from anywhere, options that should be blocked after a book year is closed are not, and it seems to be pulling voorbelasting from somewhere mysterious that is impossible to locate. It is overall HORRIBLE and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I liked. It's too late for me this year, save yourselves! I will be switching programs ASAP.

I wanted to use their website but it was absolute useless for me. So I stopped using it. However I was receiving their annoying marking emails.

I unsubscribed from the emails but I still keep receiving them. Absolutely arrogant annoying company.

I have just blocked them.

I contacted the customer service by email for an issue and everything was solved immediately. The platform is very easy to learn and to use. Totally recommended!

Amazing support and great pricing for a small to medium size business. It has all that you need.

Superb software, very easy to use, even for accounting dummies. If you get stuck, the support desk is always easy to reach, very knowledgeable, and very supportive.

easy to use and excellent instant customer support

Being English I chose eBoekhouden because their support looked better than other leading packages. I was not disappointed. They have been nothing short of amazing. I don't even understand bookkeeping and somehow they manage to explain things to me in a way I can understand so I can get my books done quickly and accurately.

I have had a great experience with their online course (in English), video training, online knowledge base, training day and especially over the telephone. No problem is too big or small, and everyone I have spoken to has been so patient, professional, helpful and a delight to speak to. It always brightens my day if I need to call them. Quite incredible for what some see as a rather boring and difficult business function. Thank you so much eBoekhouden, other software companies should come to you to observe best practice in support!

We have been trying for weeks to set up E-boekhouden with Prestashop, having tried unsuccessfully using both Webwinkelfakturen.nl and the MijnPresta E-boekhouden application. Both gave very poor support and we have spent in total about 30 working hours and couple of hundred euros on accounting costs (consulted accountant recommended by E-boekhouden thinking they would know how to solve it) on this, but we are still not able to export our invoices successfully from the webshop to E-boekhouden.
