Everyone was helpful and so patient with all my questions. I do not speak any Dutch but that was no problem as everyone spoke such excellent English. I was very relieved to get my issues resolved so quickly.

I signed up with fiscaal-online.nl for my small practice earlier this year. However, I discovered that the corporate income tax form did not have a certain declaration section available that I required. I escalated this to the team, and the initial response was unsatisfactory (basically, they would fix it for the next year).
I was not happy with this, and replied as such. Then the team kicked into gear, and within 24 hours the form was amended by them to accommodate the requirement. I was hoping for a fix, but the turnaround time was phenomenal. Jan-Bert and the team exceeded my expectations - this is, in my opinion, a textbook example of how to turn an initially negative customer experience into an extremely positive one.
The software itself is easy to use with a clean, simple interface. Functionality includes the possibility to upload certain declarations, such as ICP. However, for me, the service levels are what makes the difference here, and I cannot speak highly enough of this aspect. Well done to the team, and I would recommend the product without hesitation.
The software is excellent and very user-friendly. It is very easy and fast to work with it. We are using it for a couple of years now and have always been very satisfied with the output.
