I absolutely love Korean skincare but…..
I absolutely love Korean skincare, but I’m really disappointed with the delivery experience.
A few times now, I’ve ordered because the website promises same-day shipping. Unfortunately, my orders were not actually sent the same day. Even worse, I was told that my package had been shipped, while DHL later confirmed that they had not even received the package.
This has happened multiple times, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I love the products, but after having so many issues with delivery and receiving conflicting information, I’ve honestly lost all hope and confidence in ordering again.

They had a big variety of products with great explanation. You can also find products based on your skin type which is extremely useful . Very nicely packaged and quickly delivered. They also give you many little freebies/ testers.
