Would give even less if possible!! Took ages to arrive and when it did was such a disappointment. Awful cheap rubbish. Took ages to heat up and then didn't stay hot long. Useless anyway!! Asked for refund as supposedly a money back guarantee. They asked me to send a video of myself using it!! I'm not so stupid I can't brush my hair. Refused to do that and said wanted my money back. Choice was either a 30% refund or I post it back to somewhere in Asia at my own expense!!! Or suggested I give it to somebody else!! What a scam!! Don't be taken in!! Luckily paid using Barclaycard so I'm going to contact them to see if can get money back!!

Very good system. Easy to use. Dropped a star because last 3 times tried to drop off at nearest inpost all boxes where showing as full so had to drive to one further away. Maybe need emptying more frequently?
