The application process was very quick, the set up was really good and the communication was spot on.
The flexibility the card offers has really helped and the fact it integrates with xero seemlessly is another great point. so far so good!

It was a rather challenging job on fitting new seat belts onto an old stlye inertia reel seat belts for an old rolls royce corniche. turns out the original units were faulty but they didn't charge for trying to make them work. once I found some secondhand replacement units they put the new belts in exactly as requested.

Being told you may have knotweed on a property you are selling is a very stresful devlopment. So to be able to get the pictures uploaded one evening and have an answer back by 9.45 the following morning with the news that it is not Knotweed was fantastic on many levels. To be honest I was expecting that we would be at least having to pay for a survey to confirm. But No I got a clear and concise 'good news' e mail back which restored my faith in proper companies that are ethical and fair in how they do business. will certainly promote them on my social media stuff.

As a business owner you get bombarded with people saying they can reduce your rates, so it makes you a bit cynical. In fairness to LHL they were very good and professional and did exactly as they said they would and got us a good refund from the local authority. In addition they also secured us a rate reduction going forward.
