Scooms towels are amazing! I simply love them. The quality is indeed what I expected. The towels are soft and fluffy, and remain this way after washing them. I would dare to say they even beat the towels in good hotels.

had 3 "nice" conversations with the chatbot, and I chatted with two agents. I followed their advise, but 2 hours later I still could not check out. I ended plavjng an order with a competitor.
It is amazing how Next think they can provide such service while selling luxury products!
Review of DPD Pakketservice
Receiving a packet that has been assigned to DPD is like Russian roulette, with one in 6 chance.
Numberless times I planned being at home for the time-window advised by DPD, to receive a package. And one of 6 times I really received the package. The other five, I received this weak and unprofessional email notifying me "our courier has missed you". Indeed, he missed me, if he waited for me to show up on his route and take the package.
I started to discontinue purchases from vendor using DPD.
@Seller, if you want to keep me as a customer, change your delivery partner, cause DPD sucks!

User friendly support. Thought, it is promoted as free. After spending 2 hours with data entry, they demand payment. Good tool, poor customer experience.

In december, een bestelling van Lidl is gedeeltelijk geleverd. DPD beweert dat de bestelling is geleverd compleet. In januari bestel ik hetzelfde product bij een andere webshop en... DPD is weer de courier. Deze keer is de held bestelling niet geleverd, maar ik kreeg een email dat hij is bezorgd.

Bijna twee maanden al ben ik regelmatig in contact met Lidl via email en telefoon over een bestelling die is niet geleverd. Elke keer word ik beloofd dat het product wordt gestuurd, maar hier zit ik, betaling gedaan en geen product.

Early December I ordered two stands for the garage. Around Christmas, the courier delivered one piece. I asked shy one and not teo pieces, thd response was that only one was on the packing list. Theoretically, I should receive the invoice for tge deluverex product via email. To date, no email. Between Chrustmas and today, January 23, I was in contact viz email eith 3 agdnts, who confirmed that the missing product ux yet to be delivered, and a shipping notification can be expected. Yet no notification, no product and also no refunding. Still, Lidl was not shy to send a survey, asking my feedback over their services!?!? Customer experience seems to be an unknown term to Lidl team. Customers who lose 50 EUR and hours of their time giving them the opportunity to improve!? If you evwr consider buying Lidk products online, think twice!

Ik heb een jurk besteld. Na ongeweer een week is de jurk binnen gekomen. De stof zoals de afwerking waren veel anders dan op de foto. Een werk van een amateur, patroon die niet klopte en lage kwaliteit stof totaal ongeschikt voor de jurk. Ik heb een retour formulier gevraagt via email. Terug een fout melding, terwijl ik al die tijd kreeg van hetzelfde email adres reklames. Bij de tweede poging, krijg ik te horen dat ik laat ben !? En dat ik de jurk niet kan retourneren. Mijn antwoord was met een citaat van de concumenten recht. Nooit meer iets gehoord behalve reklames.
