It’s the worst company ever
It’s the worst company ever. After several calls because they invoiced 1 item extra, they hang up at me in a rude way, no explanation, only that they will send the invoice. I even if they send the invoice, how I can fix that they sent an extra item to my insurance while is not correct. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a company.

We aren't all 2 meters tall
The shower chair is fine. Sturdy, roomy, adjustable. After I stated that I am a short person with short legs, they delivered a toilet chair with a seat 8 cm higher than a regular folding chair. It is not adjustable! Why? Then I was told they only have one toilet chair and it's deliberately high because "many people in Netherlands are tall". That's true. But not all of us. And not children. Not people with certain disabilities. I cannot even get onto this chair-imagine during the night or when the pain is at its worst. What are the rest of us supposed to do? It's especially galling because a tall person can sit on a normal chair, they do it every day. In fact it's better for evacuation to sit lower. I had to stay home again for them to pick up the toilet chair. At least tell me you can't help me when I order.
