I had a survey today,03/06/2026, by a young man called Steve, I found him very polite and knowledgeable , he was very thorough, and explained everything very clearly what he was doing and why he was doing it, he was very respectful of my property, would highly recommend this man for is professionalism, He phoned me prior to his visit , and gave me a time of arrival, and stuck to it.
