Complete shambles

Complete shambles. After 3 phone calls and email my booking was still double booked. Booked 10 days beforehand to ensure smooth fitting.
Said they had sorted only to find out garage wasn't expecting me for another 4.5hours. Delayed my day and my holiday.
Absolute rubbish.
