nothing went wrong as such, but the product is awful. Powdery and tasteless. Did not fill me up. Very disappointed.

The engineer was punctual, charming and most helpful. He identified the problem, fixed it, and gave us instructions about how to maintain the boiler.

my husband now tells me the problem isn't resolved, and we have to monitor the pressure
however the efficiency of the engineer is not in question, but we may need him again
