Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful…
Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful company to deal with on any level. This company should be investigate for bad practices, they withhold money for up to 30 days when they are nothing but an agent. If you speak to the company who they have booked your travel arrangements through then they send you back to opodo with information showing they cancel everything within hours and refund any money . Opodo then hold onto this money for no reason what so ever. Every time you talk to someone you get a different answer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID if you don’t want any stress , use other booking agents who give first class service these guys are simply awful and should be avoided. If I could give no stars I would

Visited the store at approximately 19.15 -19.25 to purchase items for car maintenance the store had 6 people in. 3 of which where a the Pay-desk all at the same time, Waited a really long time for someone to acknowledge there where customers at the desk. There was another sales person dealing with bike customers however he did not seem interested in coming to the main payment desk. Not really acceptable service or waiting times, I think the management need to review staff training and staffing levels as per Rota and footfall

Use these guys yesterday for van hire. VERY impressed, even though it was 18 mile drive to collect and return I have to say the service standard was outstanding. The quality of van was showroom standard, quality and ease of paper work was great . I initially chose them as they have automatic vans for hire. I will definitely be using again well done intack a lot of other hire companies could learn a lot from you keep up the good service🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great card good customer service always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason for you contacting them . The app helps you stay in control of your card and spending easier than some other card companies who don’t offer that service . Well done Aqua 🌟
