Excellent IT Support with Microsoft Office which they supplied but sadly they have withdrawn BT IT ENHANCED SUPPORT for supposed economic reasons and the person who I know will be deployed elsewhere and his knowledge lost - oh dear do something well and then destroy it!
It was BT's Unique Selling Point and now it is lost and I am free to go elsewhere for less money!!

A complete waste of time - they send people who supposedly like you and no profile appears and this happens more often than not. Met one person who said She had NOT Liked me but I was told she did - this is fraudulent added to which I thought I was choosing a cheaper option and it turned out to be an additional one which cost even more! There is an ongoing charge but I cannot find any way of cancelling it

How is this even allowed praying on poor sad bastards like me! One woman (bot) was even sending me a taxi to collect me!!

Very disappointing & unethical
I received a subscription of which I was completely unaware following my failure to benefit from GUT REWILD. They cancelled my unknown subscription and invited me to return (at my expense) the new delivery. Having only used 2 out of the 6 bottles of the original order as there was NO BENEFIT from it I included the 4 unopened ones and requested some form of refund. This return was delivered on the 24th July and no credit refunded as of today August 29th. Have now taken action to ensure I get refunded on the returned items and suggest that other people are very careful in the way they transact with this company

As stated in our returns policy, you can return both the used and unused bottles - this is to allow customers to try products without financial risk as not everything works the same for everyone. I will amend your refund to cover the full 6 bottles. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to appear in your account.

Because it took 36 hours to leave the collecting depot in Swindon. This delivery was to replace a faulty item and you failed to co ordinate requested delivery with a collection and then to cap it all the driver refused the collection when delivery was finally made yesterday 'because it was not on his list'!
Your chat service is a waste of everyone's time - they cannot even communicate with the depots and can see no more information than we customers
Heroes to Zero in five days the first delivery was made in 24 hours
I am VERY disappointed and will have to consider very carefully if I am to use you again

It is nothing but a scam - the replies are the giveaway as they are not in good English - I guess it was good fun whilst it lasted (2 nights) and provided some amusement but it was a complete waste of time and money. This site should be shut down as some people could spend a fortune on here and it always affects the vulnerable! A pity really because if it were genuine it would be good
