As with past experience, a good delivery

I bought my Philips hairdryer in 1994, for my son to take to college (it only worked when you held it, and cut out when you put it down, brilliant technology for a student!)
Since about 2008, when my own hairdryer broke, I have been using the little Philips hairdryer myself, on average 3 times a week, including this morning.
I think it might be getting tired😥 as sometimes it slows down when using it.

my experience would have been one star except for Adam the agent I eventually managed to contact by phone. I was trying to book a Ryanair flight through Expedia, but it kept rejecting my credit card.
Adam was very good, courteous, and efficient, he booked my flight over the phone, with no problem 😊 I have since received Ryanair confirmation.

This is our first experience with this company, and are pleased to find one that sells good quality gardening equipment. Website easy to use, purchase arrived on time, well packaged, and good price too!!

Having gone on the website to re-connect our Libbi and Eddi to our new router I got in a muddle with it! But one phone call to myenergi, and Steve to talk me through the procedure made it an easy re-connection. We find both myenergi and East Green Energy (our installer) have excellent customer service. thank you both😊

Solar panels fitted by East Green Energy work really well, but the app on the phone stopped working. Once the myenergi GB customer service team contacted us we had good clear instructions, this included 2 phone calls at our convenience, where the technical adviser talked me through correcting the problem, (thank you Akrum) both advisers explained clearly what they needed me to do, and did not rush or confuse me with technical knowhow. The problem was successfully resolved and I would not hesitate to contact them again if I needed to.

Although we have only had the dehumidifier a week it has certainly made a significant difference to the air quality and warmth. (We also purchased a hygrometer to check the air humidity)
We appreciated the ease of using the website, with product information clear and easy to follow.
The swift delivery of the Meaco dehumidifier (though we were surprised it did not have any outer packaging).
the small instruction manual is concise and clear.

having sent for a jacket and shrug, I was impressed with the way they were packaged, and the good delivery. I have not worn them yet, but the cut and style of the jacket is exactly what I was looking for, and an exact colour match. good quality too.

Nathan Hamer was efficient, and understanding in solving the problem I had with an order that had been confirmed, but was for a discontinued product. I shall definitely use live chat again after such a helpful experience.

We have been very pleased with our lumie light, as we only use the light when the grandchildren come we did not want to buy a new one, so we appreciated your re-conditioned one which came well packaged with full instructions and works well

we received a faulty item, I contacted Drench's via their online chat, spoke to Frankie, a very helpful senior customer consultant, who asked for various photos, this was followed up with an email confirming the photos they required. within 48 hours of submitting the photos we have our replacement item.

as we were not at home, we did not meet the Evri delivery driver, but they left the parcel in the secure place for us.

the courier was polite and on time, and waited for me to get to the door, before following instructions where to leave the parcel, as has happened in the past with different couriers!

we were out, and the parcels were left in our safe place, and the gate shut behind the courier.

what a brilliant job LSR did in repairing a tear to my Craghoppers waterproof jacket, it was well worth the wait. I will definitely recommend them.

We bought 3 little Wilberry soft toys for our grandchildren for Easter, the website was so easy to use, the delivery speedy, with good tracking, and the personal card from Karen was a nice surprise, especially in these days of online shopping.
Securely packaged, these little soft toys are a delight, and I am sure will give our little ones much pleasure. they are well made, hand washable, and even have a birth certificate we can download!!
