Update: Parcel was suddenly delivered days later. Still not sure how they could mark it as delivered without a PIN code. I would still be very careful ordering from them. Also, never pay via IDeal in case you need to make a chargeback later on!

I ordered a laptop costing almost 800€. It was supposed to be delivered by PostNL and could only be delivered when providing the code they sent via email.

PostNL marked parcel as delivered, I was at home exactly this time, no one even rang the bell. I ran directly downstairs to check maybe it was left on the hallway but nothing was there. I have no clue how delivery driver could mark parcel as delivered without the code.

I started investigation immediately with PostNL and BOL. BOL closed the investigation saying that basically PostNL said it was delivered and you're not getting a refund nor replacement.

They also don't have any option on the website to deliver the parcel to post point or locker which would be much safer, only to home address...

Now I've lost 800€.. I am going to make a report with police and checking of taking legal actions...

DO NOT RENT THROUGH CARJET! I rented a car visiting Croatia, Split through Carjet. I got a car from ABBYCAR/VINTAX. Until now I am waiting back for my deposit, gave my car back on 21.07.23.
Customer service is horrible and will give only empty promises if you can even reach them, mostly your emails and calls will be ignored. DO NOT use them if you don't want to lose your deposit, I am still waiting my 1000€ back.

Good prices but customer service is HORRIBLE. I have ordered from them few times without a problem and everything was fine. This time I ordered conditioner which was open and product was coming out. Have tried to reach them for solution sending many emails from 5th of January (today is 14th) and not ANY response from them. I guess won't be ordering from them anymore.
